Originally constructed approximately 23 years ago this residence in a prime Newtown location is in need of some fresh ideas and a modern revamp to meet the needs of its new residents. Our client has engaged us to completely transform all of the internal spaces of this lovely home. We will be reworking certain rooms to create better spatial arrangements, introducing a substantial bespoke joinery package throughout plus a realignment of the Kitchen and Bathrooms to bring a luxurious level of amenity and inclusions befitting the homes prestigious location and our clients expectations for a functional, comfortable and stylish new home.
